DJ Booth w/light rig. CDJs 3000 & Pioneer Mixer

Who:

Haiyen Vang, On Decks Talent Agency, LLC

What:

To host an open decks event at a music festival. And organize a question-and-answer session before open decks to assist anyone that attends.

Where & When:

Designated space at festival grounds. Open decks will be held during the time frame the festival organizer sees fit.

How:

Our team will begin setup as soon as allowed by festival organizer. The order of performance will be determined on a first-come, first-served signup basis. Each performer has designated a 30-minute time slot with no exceptions. In addition to our open decks, we will host a Q&A discussion led by established industry-type guests on Friday and Saturday before the following open decks’ session. Our final open deck session will be Sunday.

Why:

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful space for all up-and-coming performers who have a passion for the art but do not have the opportunity to be seen and heard. From the bedroom producers to the house party DJs, this event will allow those up-and-coming talents to shine for and show their artistic personalities. Through our event, we hope to inspire others and show our support for the future undiscovered talent.

*All open decks were renegade. We wanted to ensure we were capable, and the concept was proven before pitching to establishments.
